Methodology
This report aggregates all 118 new-car listings in the UAE on ALcarzz (condition = new, location = UAE) as of 30 June 2026, across 21 brands. Figures are computed directly from the ALcarzz database. Averages are arithmetic means of listed prices; the median is the middle value of all 118 listed prices. Prices below AED 20,000 or above AED 2,000,000 were treated as data-entry errors and excluded — none occurred in the UAE set.
Data Limitations
- This is a snapshot of ALcarzz's curated UAE new-car inventory (118 models), not the entire UAE market; it under-represents brands/models not currently listed.
- Prices are indicative listed starting prices in AED, many rounded to the nearest AED 10,000; exact on-road prices vary by variant, options, registration, insurance and dealer offer.
- Body-type and fuel-type labels are being standardised; some listings use combined or non-standard labels, so body/fuel groupings are approximate.
- Brands with a single listing (e.g., GMC, Tesla) are shown for completeness; their "average" reflects that one listing.
