ALcarzz ("we", "us", "our") operates the automotive marketplace at alcarzz.com. We are a lead-generation and information platform — not a dealership. We connect car buyers in the UAE and GCC with authorised dealers and automotive brands.

4. Sharing Your Data with Dealers & Brands
We share your personal data with the following parties:
- Authorised Dealers: Your name, phone, email, and car interest are forwarded to the relevant dealer(s) when you submit an enquiry or book a test drive. Dealers contact you directly and are responsible for their own data handling once received.
- Automotive Brand Partners: Car manufacturers and their GCC distributors may receive your enquiry data when you express interest in their specific brand, for the purpose of follow-up offers, surveys, or brand support.
- Technology Partners: Email delivery, website hosting, analytics providers — operating under data processing agreements with us.
- Legal Authorities: When required by UAE law, court order, or to protect our rights.
We do not sell your data to data brokers or unrelated third parties for their own marketing.
